今後の進め方について、松原先生からの意見

前回アップした予定表と、マスタープランの進め方について、松原先生からメールが届きました。
以下のないようです↓

マスタープランは「ほどほど」にし、実際の工場を「どういう手順で」「どういう方針で」再生していくのか、そちらに早くフェーズを移したほうがいいと思います。マスタープランは説得材料にすぎません。

マスタープランは
・建築的なアイデアを正当化するためのもの程度に考えて早めに建築的アイデアに入る
・建築的アイデアからマスタープランを考える
・建築的アイデアを邪魔しない中立的なマスタープランをさっさと作ってしまう
などというふうにして、早めに建築的アイデアを同時に考えていってください。
そのほうが楽しいし、うまくいきます。

About MasterPlan and this studio plan.

We don't need to think so much about Master Plan.

We need to think more about architectural ideas than master plan

Need to think about how to renovate the site factory, "what kind of procedure" and "what kind of plan" .That phase is more important than MP.
MP is just thing to assist architecture design.
It is good and fun to think about the architectural design idea at the same time to think about the MP.

Master Plan should be
・thought from architectural idea.
・made as the neutralideas and not disturbing architectural idea
