松原渡航に向けた準備ログ

みなさん、松原です。

みなさんの質問事項はすでにトルコ側も知っており、回答を催促するために私からも下記のようなメールを書きました。この件はすでに小野田先生からも先方にプッシュをしており、龍神さんからは現地滞在のための具体的な準備状況についてのやりとりのメールが送られています。

私は8日にうかがいますけれども、できればそれまでにいくつかの戦略的マスタープランの原型ができていて、8日にそれらについてみなで議論し、9日から出発までそれをアップグレードして現地行きに備える、ということでしょうか。言わなくてもそういうふうに動かれていると思いますが。

いずれにせよ、向こうの返事を待たず、どんどん戦略の絵を描いていったほうがいいと思います。

Dear Prof. Neslihan,

As prof. Onoda mentioned the mail, Tohoku students alreday uploaded severalquestions and images in the blog. Now I put 3 memos that I ask you a favor.

1: Answer to Tohoku questions
We are now targeting the presentation at Bursa. To make more effective presentation for both Foreign and Turkish side, we need more information about the site. Please reply them. Earlier is better. They Tohoku side is moving to the next step to make the design strategy for the Misi village now. They can make masterplan after getting your reply immediately. I will visit Tohoku on 8th of May, then we will have a session to adjust students strategy. And only in 1 week they will complete the preparation work for ASB before departing to Bursa. So your queston is now very important. Please reply freely in any form. You can reply them by mail in the text or with visuals. The speed is the most important for them now.

2: PC device situation in Misi
As Ryujin asked you in the mail, they need to know about the PC device situation in Misi. I think if we have a projector, at least we can make a presentation. If need, Japanese side could bring the projector, too. On printer and scanner, if it is difficult to prepare, we can work without them. Students make hand drawing and take photo with digital camera and directly import the images to the powerpoint in PC. Anyway, since the time is limited, we should make students use more time to draw, not to connect devices...

3: presentation
Do we have a chance to have a pesentation to the local people during workshop? Or can we open our presentation to Misi people? What kind of audience will we have in the workshop? If we can know about the audience of the presentation, our preparation work would be more concrete. Please tell me your present idea.
